Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information is collected when you use this website and how it is handled.

Information We Collect

When you submit the contact form on this website, we collect the following information you voluntarily provide: your full name, email address, phone number (optional), the type of service you are inquiring about, and the message you submit. We do not use cookies for tracking, do not run analytics scripts that collect personal data, and do not collect any information passively beyond standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, referring page) that are not tied to your identity.

How We Use Your Information

The information you submit through the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry and to evaluate whether an engagement is appropriate. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing purposes. Your contact information will not be added to any mailing list without your explicit consent.

Third-Party Form Processing

Contact form submissions are processed through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form delivery service. Your submission is transmitted to this service and forwarded to this firm's email inbox. FormSubmit's handling of data in transit is governed by their own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing it at formsubmit.co if you have concerns. No submission data is stored by FormSubmit beyond the time needed to deliver the message.

Email Communications

If you contact this office by email, your email address and the contents of your message will be retained in our email records for as long as necessary to handle your matter and comply with applicable recordkeeping obligations. Email communications are not fully secure — please do not send sensitive documents, Social Security numbers, or clearance-related materials via email. Contact this office by phone to arrange a secure method of transmission if needed.

No Attorney-Client Privilege Prior to Engagement

Until a written attorney-client engagement agreement has been signed, communications with this office are not protected by attorney-client privilege. Please do not send confidential legal information through the contact form or by email before an engagement has been established.

Data Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect information submitted through this site. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to or from this site.

Children's Privacy

This website is not directed at children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information you have submitted to this office by contacting us directly at RussRoby@russrobylaw.com. We will respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable time.
